If you have not received a notification from our team with a known delay and it is the end of the estimated delivery window for your crate, please check the Shipping Delays & Updates page for the latest updates.

Please Note:
- Delivery times varies by location, please allow up to 1-2 weeks from the last ship date for your delivery. If a crate is scheduled to ship outside of the expected shipping estimate above, customers will be notified by email.
- Please contact our customer support prior to shipping if you need to update your address. Once an order is processed and ready to ship, we cannot update the shipping address. Updating your account will only update future shipments.
